We ship Monday through Friday.** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email,
and your tracking information should be available within 24–48 hours. Orders are typically delivered within
5–7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.

How do you become a member of the BodyGuardz Advantage Program? The answer is easy… while placing your first BodyGuardz.com order, simply create an account with a password at checkout, and you’re in!
If you purchased a BodyGuardz product from an authorized seller, register your product on our site and you’re also in. It’s that easy.
At BodyGuardz, we prioritize the durability of our screen protector products. However, over time, they may require replacement due to wear and tear. We offer free replacements for all screen protectors throughout the product's lifetime, subject to registration and payment for shipping. Proof of purchase may also be requested.
The lifetime of the product is defined as a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original end-user.
When ordering a replacement, it is necessary to return your original BodyGuardz screen protector product within 60 days from the receipt of your replacement. This step ensures your eligibility for future screen protector replacements. Failure to return the original screen protector within this timeframe will result in a charge for the full price of the replacement screen protector.
BodyGuardz will provide a pre-addressed envelope along with your replacement screen protector, which you can use to return the damaged screen protector to BodyGuardz. Please remember to add the necessary postage to the envelope.

For Apex screen protectors, it is essential to register your product using the unique serial number during the registration process. The serial number can be found under the installation instructions in the packaging and serves to validate your purchase. Additionally, you have the option to provide an image of your receipt to our customer service team by contacting them at email@example.com. Failure to provide a valid serial number or proof of purchase will result in the voiding of any Apex registration for replacements.
